Method
- Steam or fry the ready-made momos (as per package instructions), if not already prepared, and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced green pepper and sliced onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly but retain some crunch.
- Stir in the Schezwan sauce and soy sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Gently add the momos to the pan and toss them in the sauce, coating evenly.
- Adjust salt to taste. Sprinkle on sesame seeds on top and garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Serve Hot!
