Simple Schezwan Chilli Momos

Delicious Khao Chi momo in a sticky, spicy Schezwan sauce

Method

  1. Steam or fry the ready-made momos (as per package instructions), if not already prepared, and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced green pepper and sliced onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly but retain some crunch.
  4. Stir in the Schezwan sauce and soy sauce. Mix well to combine.
  5. Gently add the momos to the pan and toss them in the sauce, coating evenly.
  6. Adjust salt to taste. Sprinkle on sesame seeds on top and garnish with chopped spring onions.
  7. Serve Hot!
