Method
- Cook the Khao Chi Manchurian Fried Chicken according to packet instructions.
- Lightly warm the tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.
- Divide the lettuce, cucumber, and carrots evenly between the two tortillas.
- Toss the cooked chicken with the Manchurian sauce sachet that you will find in the box.
- Spread 1 tbsp mayo on each tortilla, add the veggies, then top with half the Manchurian chicken. Add chopped coriander (optional) and drizzle with sriracha if you want more heat.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Serve immediately!
