Method

  1. Cook the Khao Chi Manchurian Fried Chicken according to packet instructions.
  2. Lightly warm the tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.
  3. Divide the lettuce, cucumber, and carrots evenly between the two tortillas.
  4. Toss the cooked chicken with the Manchurian sauce sachet that you will find in the box.
  5. Spread 1 tbsp mayo on each tortilla, add the veggies, then top with half the Manchurian chicken. Add chopped coriander (optional) and drizzle with sriracha if you want more heat.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Serve immediately!
